Fish pickle sun dried - Uddarfoods premium

Uddar’s Premium is the most loved range of hand crafted Non-Veg pickles from North-East India. Sundried Fish pickles are made from locally collected different varieties of small fishes, careful shorting and cleaning of them, deep fried, mixed with a Chilli base made of different varieties of local chillies for added punch, locally grown ginger, home ground spice mix (fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds, nigella, and dry red chilli), and then perfectly fermented it in pure katchi ghani mustard oil.

Uddar doesn’t use any kind of preservatives, apart from a small portion of vinegar in any of its pickles. This product has traditional pungent Flavours. While consuming this product, one will feel the perfect crunchiness of the small fishes along with flavours of its different ingredients and kicks of different varieties of chillies. 

It is advised to use dry spoon only while consuming this product. Once seal is open, keeping it in refrigerator shall give longer shelf life.
