Uddar’s Premium is the most loved range of hand crafted Non-Veg pickles from North-East India.

Smoked Chicken pickles are made from careful cuts of bone-less and skin less Chicken breast (Brine cured and cold smoked), steamed, fried and mixed with a Chilli base made of different varieties of local chillies for added punch, locally grown ginger, garlic and home ground spice mix (cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fenugreek, fennel seeds, nigella, black pepper and dry red chilli), and then perfectly fermented it in pure katchi ghani mustard oil.

Uddar doesn’t use any kind of preservatives apart from a small portion of vinegar in any of its pickles. This product is relatively hotter and Spicer. While consuming this product, one will feel the perfect moistness of the chicken cuts along with flavours of its different ingredients and kicks of different varieties of chillies. 

It is advised to use dry spoon only while consuming this product. Once seal is open, keeping it in refrigerator shall give longer shelf life.
