Smoked pork pickle is made from boneless, skinless indigenous pork ham, brine cured and cold smoked, then steamed and fried. It is mixed with local chillies, ginger, garlic and a home-ground spice mix before being fermented in pure katchi ghani mustard oil. This product is relatively hotter and spicier.
