Sundried prawn pickle is made from locally collected small prawns, carefully sorted and cleaned, deep fried and mixed with local chillies, ginger, garlic and traditional spices before being fermented in pure katchi ghani mustard oil. It has traditional pungent flavours and a crunchy texture.
