Smoked pork with bamboo shoot pickle is made from boneless, skinless indigenous pork ham, brine cured and cold smoked, then steamed and fried. It is mixed with local chillies, ginger, garlic, traditional spices, pure katchi ghani mustard oil and fermented bamboo shoot. This product has traditional Naga flavours.
